Pricing, payment terms, and conditions for commissioning G3 C&M.

Payment Plan — 50 / 50 Split
All commissions are billed on a 50% upfront, 50% on completion basis.
- First payment (50% deposit): Non-refundable. Covers consultation, communication, and project setup. Minimum $100.00. Work begins after this payment is received.
- Second payment (50% on completion): Paid when the work is finished. The final product is delivered upon receipt of this payment.
⚠ Important — Deposit Policy
The first 50% deposit is non-refundable. It covers the cost of consultation, communication, and project setup. By making this payment, you agree that the deposit secures your place in the queue and compensates for the time spent planning and discussing your project. No refunds will be issued for the deposit portion, regardless of project outcome or cancellation by the client after work has begun.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit networks — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
- Invoiced payments (invoice sent before each payment is due)
Pricing Model
Work is charged by the estimated hours needed to complete the project. An estimate will be provided and agreed upon before work begins. If the scope of the project changes during development, the estimate will be updated and must be approved by both parties before additional hours are billed.
Contract
A signed contract is required before any work can begin. G3 C&M will provide the contract at no cost. The client must review and agree to all terms and conditions stated within before the first payment is made.
Revisions
- 2 free revisions are included before the final (second) payment. No revision fee — hourly rate still applies for hours worked.
- Paid revisions (beyond the first 2): a $10.00 revision fee applies plus the additional hours at the standard hourly rate.
- All revisions must be requested and completed before the second payment is made.
Final Payment & Project Closure
- Paying the second (final) 50% means the project is delivered and closed as-is.
- No further changes or revisions are included after this payment.
- If changes are desired after closure, a new commission with a new deposit is required.
